Villa Nova was developed as a generous, contemporary residence between Marbella and Estepona. The architectural approach pursues the goal of translating openness, comfort, and functional clarity into a calm, high-quality living concept. The house is deliberately understated and unfolds its quality through space, light, and balanced proportions.
The architecture of Villa Nova is clear and timeless. Reduced volumes, precise lines, and generous openings define the appearance. The villa extends over three levels and was planned so that interior spaces and outdoor areas naturally interlock.
The main level forms an open, cohesive living landscape. Living, dining, and cooking are fluidly organised and create a generous sense of space. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the living area to expansive terraces and the garden with swimming pool.
The private zones of the villa are clearly structured and designed for calm and comfort. Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer retreats with high residential quality. Natural materials, balanced light guidance, and integrated building technology ensure a pleasant living climate.
