Villa Luma was developed as a contemporary luxury residence between Marbella and Estepona. The architectural approach focuses on spaciousness, clear spatial sequences, and a high degree of living quality. The aim was to create a house that does not define itself through effects, but convinces through proportion, light guidance, and functional elegance.
The architecture of Villa Luma is characterised by a reduced, timeless formal language. Clear volumes, generous openings, and a balanced equilibrium between closed and open surfaces define the appearance. The villa extends over three levels and unfolds its quality from the precise organisation of spaces.
The main level is conceived as a cohesive spatial landscape. Living, dining, and cooking form a flowing sequence that conveys both openness and structure. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto the terraces and create a direct transition to the garden and swimming pool.
The private areas are clearly structured and deliberately kept calm. Four to five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer retreats with high residential quality. Natural materials, balanced lighting conditions, and integrated building technology ensure a permanently pleasant living climate.
The basement extends the villa with versatile usable spaces. This level can be flexibly interpreted and is suitable for a fitness area, home cinema, workspaces, or additional bedrooms with bathrooms.
In realising Villa Luma, particular emphasis was placed on durable materials and precise execution. The amenities are integrated with restraint into the architecture and support the clarity of the spaces.
The outdoor areas are designed as a calm extension of the interior. Terrace surfaces, garden, and swimming pool form a harmonious unity and offer various zones for outdoor living.
