Villa Mirava was developed as an independent, generous luxury residence between Marbella and Estepona. The design pursues a clear architectural stance that places calm, expanse, and functionality at the centre. The aim was to create a house that convinces through proportion, materiality, and confident spatial organisation.
The architecture of Villa Mirava is characterised by clear lines, balanced volumes, and generous openings. The building extends over three levels and unfolds its effect from the precise staggering of spaces and the deliberate interplay of interior, terraces, and garden areas.
The ground floor forms the central living space of the villa. An openly designed living and dining area with integrated kitchen creates a cohesive spatial sequence with direct reference to the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens onto the terraces and the private garden with swimming pool.
The private areas of the villa are clearly zoned and designed for calm and comfort. Four to five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer retreats with high residential quality. Natural materials and generous window surfaces ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
The basement extends the villa with versatile usable spaces that can be individually designed. Depending on requirements, a fitness area, home cinema, entertainment room, or additional bedrooms can be realised here.
In realising Villa Mirava, consistent emphasis was placed on high-quality materials and precise execution. The technical equipment is discreetly integrated and supports the architectural standards of the house.
The outdoor areas are conceived as a calm extension of the living space. Generous terrace surfaces, the private garden, and the swimming pool form a harmonious unity.
