Villa Lunovia is an exceptional luxury residence in Benahavis near Marbella and was developed as an independent architectural position within an exclusive villa duo. The project is a design by the renowned architectural firm González & Jacobson.
The construction is being carried out by Construcciones Bonifacio Solís, one of the leading building contractors on the coast. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a select neighbourhood and offers a high degree of privacy, security, and seclusion. The elevated position opens up a permanently secured panoramic view over the surrounding landscape, the coast, and the Mediterranean Sea to Gibraltar and Morocco.
The architecture of Villa Lunovia follows a contemporary, clear formal language with powerful volumes and balanced proportions. Horizontal levels, generous terrace surfaces, and targeted setbacks structure the building.
The ground floor forms the communicative centre of the villa. Living, dining, and kitchen unfold as a generous, cohesive spatial landscape. The main kitchen is complemented by a second, fully equipped service kitchen.
The private areas offer a total of seven generous bedroom suites. A special highlight is the top level with the exclusive master suite and an exceptional roof terrace with its own pool and outdoor kitchen.
The basement is conceived as an independent experience and wellness level with spa area, indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, plunge pool, and fitness area. The water architecture comprises three independent pool areas.
