Villa Antoinette is a distinctive luxury residence in a prime location on the new golden mile between Marbella and Estepona. Embedded in a high-quality, private residential environment, the project was developed as a contemporary villa with a clear architectural stance, combining spaciousness, premium materiality, and thoughtful spatial organisation into a cohesive overall concept.
The architecture of Villa Antoinette follows a modern, reduced formal language. Clean lines, generous volumes, and floor-to-ceiling glazing define the appearance and create a flowing connection between interior, terraces, and garden. The villa extends over three levels and was designed so that living, retreat, and leisure are clearly structured yet harmoniously connected.
The ground floor forms the heart of the villa. A generous, open-plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen creates a clear, cohesive spatial landscape. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead directly onto the terraces and into the private garden with swimming pool, allowing interior and exterior spaces to merge seamlessly.
The villa features four to five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. High-quality floor materials, electric shading elements, and generous window surfaces create a calm, premium atmosphere. Underfloor heating and individually controllable air conditioning ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.
The basement offers generous, flexibly usable spaces and extends the villa with additional functions. Depending on requirements, additional bedrooms, a fitness area, a home cinema, an entertainment area, or workspaces can be realised here.
In developing Villa Antoinette, consistent emphasis was placed on high-quality materials and precise technical equipment. Generous glazing, underfloor heating, and individually controllable air conditioning create a pleasant indoor climate and underscore contemporary living comfort.
The outdoor area is designed as a calm extension of the living space. A private garden with swimming pool, generous terrace areas, and covered zones create diverse living areas.
